Rivernook Campout 2003

Holloween of 2003 saw a small group of vintage trailers accend upon Kernville to the Rivernook Campground for a good old fashion get together/campout, and a little trout fishing (which was very good). It was a little wet Friday night and Saturday morn we woke up to a bright sunny day with a dusting of snow on the surrounding mountains. The 'pot luck' Saturday night was great. Sunday also was bright and sunny but it was time to go home.

This batch of Rainbow Trout was cought by Carolyn Piper. She also
cought her limit Sat and out fished every one. Her first time trout fishing.
The Trout on top is 18" & 2 lbs, the biggest of all the fish cought.
