Gluing the inner skin,
next thing is to cut the door opening

final fit check, next step is to glue &
screw. Spars and inner roof comes next

floor - Gorilla Glue is great stuff

while glue is setting up, cut
all roof spars & hatch framing

Both sides glued & screwed to floor - NOW
ready to locate spars & inner roof skin

With the counter top being a structural
part, decided to locate the main

counter top and frame the
galley and interior cabinets.

How sweet it is - ceiling (formica) is sandwished
between spars & inner side skins

The skin for the most part is a floater
will add 3M adhesive to first & last spar

Aw flooring, must have flooring
even though you won't see it

Doors are now finished, panels
glued, window located & finished trimed

Hinge installed (on door)
checking for fit & gap (1/4")
