one side laid out, ready to start cuting	door is cut out to the line, then rough trimmed the side	clamp'd down and ready to do some work	lot of work done so far, taking a break
both sides are now cut to the line	clamp together, now for some belt sander magic	Both sides, profile and door openings now match	locating the framing for the galley & cabin cabinets
made my own hard wood angles for strength	all framing screwed & glued for cabin & galley cabinets	right side now complete (for now) now for the left side	Knox Foam mattress received, tested & approved.

NOTE: The lower bulkhead and counter top when installed will be a structural part of the box.
Frame work begins____Removed old axle & flipped frame

mocking up new axle .	now have cooler, fenders, windows, latches & door hinges	frame now ready. sand blasted, welded, painted & axle located	perlocating the floor like the wheels sis?
